Audiomack for artists: getting verified, how AMP pays, and how Supporters works

•5 min read•Rules sourced

Audiomack is large in Africa, the Caribbean and parts of Asia, and it lets artists upload directly as well as through a distributor. Money reaches creators through two routes: the Audiomack Monetization Program (AMP) for streams, and Supporters for fan payments.

Getting verified

  • Thresholds. At least 2 uploads, 25 followers and 1,000 plays before you apply.
  • Application. A profile picture, and a linked and authenticated Twitter (X) or Instagram account.
  • Only creators. People uploading music they did not create or hold the rights to are not eligible.
  • Country. You must be based in an eligible country. Apply at creators.audiomack.com/monetization.

How the money works

TopicWhat Audiomack says
Streaming share50% of revenue: monetised streams × revenue per stream × 50%
Rate per streamNot fixed; it changes monthly with ad and subscription revenue and the stream's country
Payment timingNet-90: January earnings are paid by the end of April
WithdrawalsAny time once funded, if the amount exceeds the transaction fees; approval up to 4 business days, then 2–3 business days to process
Supporters share85% to the creator after fees: 2.9% + $0.30 on web, 30% on iOS, 15% on Android
Codes neededISRC, ISWC and UPC where applicable

If a distributor delivers your music

  • Supporters. Earnings from Supporters go to the distributor, not to you; Audiomack says to ask the distributor about how they reach you.
  • Turning Supporters on. You need to be in AMP or work with a distributor connected to Audiomack.
  • Older uploads. Content uploaded before joining AMP can be switched on from the Creator Dashboard with its ISRC and UPC; revenue starts only from activation.
  • Our advice. Before enrolling a track yourself, check whether a distributor already delivers it, so the same recording is not claimed twice.

With Mazufa

Releasing with Mazufa is free: no upload fee, no subscription and no per-release fee, with the revenue share set out in your written agreement. Keep the ISRC and UPC of every release to hand; Audiomack asks for them. Apply at mazufa.com/apply
