Application terms

The Mazufa Records website and invitation application are operated under the Mazufa Records brand. Sending an application does not create an account, distribution relationship, agency, partnership, or service contract. Questions may be sent to contact@mazufa.com.

Applicants must provide accurate information and may submit only material they own or are authorized to present for review. Do not submit confidential material that is not needed for the initial review. A person under 18 may apply only through, or with the verifiable consent of, a parent or legal guardian.

Mazufa may review, decline, pause, or request more information about an application. Review is human-led, but submission does not promise acceptance, an invitation, distribution, platform delivery, timing, revenue, or any other result.

Applicants keep ownership of their submitted material. Submission gives Mazufa only the limited permission needed to review the application, protect the intake process, keep the stated record, and contact the applicant.

Any later service scope, fees, deductions, territories, platforms, reporting, payouts, licences, term, and termination must be stated in a separate offer or agreement accepted after approval. Website copy does not replace that agreement.

Applicants may ask to correct or withdraw an application by contacting contact@mazufa.com. Mazufa may reject abusive, unlawful, deceptive, automated, or rights-infringing submissions. These terms and the application process are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, subject to mandatory rights. The parties should first try in good faith to resolve a dispute through contact@mazufa.com for 30 days; an unresolved dispute may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
