If we decline your application or one of your releases, you can ask us to look at the decision again.
How to ask
- Reply to the email that told you about the decision, or write to contact@mazufa.com with the subject "Review request".
- Give your artist name, and the release title and UPC if there is one.
- Say what you think was wrong with the decision.
- Attach anything that supports it: licences, contracts, split sheets, or proof that you own the recording and the song.
What we look at
Rights in the recording and the song, the metadata, and the audio and artwork rules of the stores we deliver to.
What we cannot change
- Stores and platforms make their own decisions, and we cannot overturn them.
- A review does not guarantee a different result.
