FREE RELEASE TOOLS

Build the press kit. Keep the file.

Bio, photo, links, credits and contacts on one page — and you download the actual file. It emails, it prints clean, it works offline, and no distributor we checked gives you one at all. Your photo never leaves your browser.

Everything on this page runs inside your browser. Your photo and your text are never uploaded, stored or sent anywhere, and no account is needed. List only credits that actually happened — editors check.

No distributor gives you this one

We went through the free tools published by every major distributor and the analytics companies around them. Split sheets, release planners, royalty calculators, metadata validators, press kits — we could not confirm a single first-party example of any of them. The category is simply empty, and a press kit is the one an artist needs before anyone will book them.

So this is free, and what you get is a file. One HTML page with your photo, your bio, your links and your contacts inside it. Email it, print it, put it on your own domain. It works offline and it does not stop working when a subscription lapses, because there is no subscription and no account.

Your photo never leaves the browser. It is cropped square, scaled and embedded into the file locally — there is no server on the other end of this page to upload it to.

What an editor actually reads

The short bio is the part that matters. Two or three sentences, written so they can be pasted straight into a listing without editing. Most press kits bury that under a page of adjectives, and the editor writes their own instead — usually worse.

Say where you are from and what you actually play. “Producer and oud player from Riyadh” tells a booker more than a paragraph about your journey. Put the newest release first in the music section, and give every link a name so nobody has to guess what they are clicking.

Only list what actually happened. A support slot, a festival, a station that played you, a real credit. Editors check, and one invented line costs you the whole kit. A short honest list beats a long padded one every time.

It prints, and it reads right to left

The generated page carries a print stylesheet, so pressing print gives a clean black-on-white sheet rather than a screenshot of a dark website. Venues still ask for paper more often than you would expect.

Write in Arabic, Persian or Urdu and the kit sets dir="rtl" by itself, so the layout mirrors and the punctuation lands where it should. You should not have to know that is a setting.

Free, and not a funnel

No account, no email, and no need to release anything through Mazufa — or through anyone. Build the kit, download it, close the tab. The rest of the toolkit is free the same way, and Mazufa charges nothing and takes no commission.
