Festival weeks are when people listen to music made for the occasion. Pick the festival you are releasing for: the planner suggests a release on the Friday at least a week before it, and counts back the delivery date and the pitch deadline from there.
Everything runs in your browser. Nothing you choose is sent anywhere.
How the dates are counted
The suggested release is the last Friday that falls at least seven days before the festival, so the song is already in listeners' libraries when the festival week starts. Delivery is three weeks before release and the pitch deadline is seven days before release, the same steps as our release planner.

Where the festival dates come from
Festival dates follow lunar and solar calendars, so they move every year and can be adjusted by governments. The dates in this tool were checked on 28 October 2026 against these sources. Check your own country's official calendar before you commit.
