Most catalogue moves go wrong in one way: the old copies are taken down before the new copies are live. This planner puts the steps in the only safe order and shows you how much time to leave.
Move checklist
Everything runs in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent anywhere.
Four rules that protect your catalogue
- Your ISRC and UPC codes belong to the recordings. They travel with you; nothing is re-released as new.
- New copies go live first. Old copies come down second. Never the other way round.
- No distributor can promise that a store keeps a playlist position or a stream count. Those belong to each platform.
- Ownership does not change during a move. Your masters are yours before and after.
How the planner counts
The re-delivery window grows with the size of the catalogue, because every release is checked and delivered from your own files. The two-week margin before a renewal date covers the time stores usually take to publish a new copy. If the margin does not fit, the planner tells you to renew once more instead of risking a gap.
